Government fees are separate and always go straight from you to IRCC: $100 CAD for the visa and $85 CAD for biometrics. We never touch that money.

You can fill them in yourself for nothing. We charge for preparing them properly and for the licensed review, never for the forms.
Government fees go from your card to IRCC through your own account. We never collect or hold that money.
We will never ask for your IRCC username or password. Anyone who asks for it is not safe.
When our fee starts, it is card only, with a receipt. We will never ask for cash, a wire transfer, gift cards, or a payment to someone's personal account.
IRCC decides. Anyone who guarantees approval is lying to you. We check your file carefully, which is all anyone honest can do.

A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. RCICs are onboarded to Passage individually, and you choose your reviewer from three: their name, licence number, and the languages they speak. Every reviewer's licence can be verified in the College's public register, your review is completed within 2 business days, and an RCIC stays on Passage only by continuing to meet our standards for speed, accuracy, and client feedback.
No, and that's by design. You prepare your application with Passage and submit it yourself through your own IRCC account. The RCIC's role is a full review of your completed file: forms, documents, and letters, with clear flags on anything that needs fixing before you submit. If you decide you want full representation instead, you can book a one-on-one consultation with an RCIC and arrange that with them directly.
Only for the final step. Everything up to the finished file happens on your phone in WhatsApp. Submitting through the IRCC portal requires a browser, and that's where our desktop extension takes over: it auto-fills your portal application from your prepared file, and you review each screen and click submit yourself.
Yes. Unlicensed agents prepare files with no accountability: no licence, no register you can check, no one answerable if the application is refused for sloppy work. With Passage, your file is reviewed by a licensed RCIC whose name and licence number you can verify with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, and you stay in control of your own application and your own IRCC account from start to finish. No one ever asks for your login.
No. We do not send your documents to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or any other outside AI provider. The system that reads and prepares your file runs on infrastructure we control. Your chat reaches us over WhatsApp, which encrypts messages in transit; documents are then moved into encrypted storage under Canadian jurisdiction and removed from the messaging platform. Only you, your chosen RCIC, and the staff who operate the service can see your file. Ask us to delete your documents at any time and we will. Full details are in our privacy policy.
Refusals, inadmissibility, unusual travel history: some situations deserve a conversation before an application. You can book a private one-on-one consultation with a licensed RCIC through Passage, talk it through, and decide with them whether to proceed, adjust your approach, or arrange further consultations.
You can, and some people do. If your case is simple, your English is strong, and you are confident judging whether an answer is correct, a chatbot plus IRCC's free guides will get you a long way.
Passage does four things a chatbot cannot. It knows which questions to ask, so you are not relying on knowing what to ask in the first place. It looks at your actual documents and tells you when your bank statements do not cover enough months or your passport expires too soon. It assembles a package that meets IRCC's file naming, size and format requirements. And a licensed RCIC puts their name to your completed file before you send it, which no AI can do at any price.
The forms are free and you are always allowed to do this yourself. We charge for the preparation and the licensed review, never for the forms.
