Message us. Answer questions one at a time, in chat, whenever you have a moment. Every form, letter, and document is prepared to IRCC's specifications, a licensed RCIC reviews your complete file, and you submit it yourself, with confidence. No 40-field web forms. No agents. No guesswork.
Every file reviewed by a licensed RCIC No application leaves for IRCC unchecked.
Visa applications fail on small things: an expired document, a blurry scan, a form field misread. Passage checks everything as you go, so nothing is discovered at the deadline.
One message opens your file. We ask a few questions about your trip, one at a time, and you answer whenever you have a moment. No account, no password, no forms.
You're shown three licensed consultants: their name, their licence number, and the languages they speak. You pick the one who will review your file. Every review is completed within 2 business days.
With your reviewer chosen, you get a secure payment link right in the chat. One price, shown before you pay, with the RCIC review included.
Your document portal opens, and it only asks for what your situation needs. Each upload is checked the moment it lands: expiry dates, readability, missing pages.
Passage assembles everything: answers, letters, and documents named and compressed to IRCC's specifications. The RCIC you chose then goes through the complete file, flags anything that needs fixing, and clears it for submission.
Everything you did on your phone transfers to your desktop. Our extension pre-fills your entire IRCC portal application from your reviewed file, and you stay in full control: check each screen, attach the prepared documents, and click submit from your own account.
Complete file preparation, document checks, drafted letters, licensed RCIC review, and guided submission. You pay government fees directly to IRCC through your own account: $100 CAD visa fee and $85 CAD biometrics, so you always see exactly where your money goes.
Study permits, work permits, and permanent residence are in development. We're accepting a small number of people onto each waitlist for our initial launch. Tap one and WhatsApp opens with your request pre-written; send it, and you're on the list at launch pricing.

Join the waitlist āToo many applications reach IRCC without a licensed professional ever seeing them.
Some are prepared by ghost consultants and unlicensed agents who never put their name on anything. Others go through big agencies where one or two RCICs are attached to thousands of files, and most applications are submitted without the licensed consultant ever opening them. Either way, the applicant carries all the risk: a refusal on their record, lost fees, lost time.
We built Passage so that no file, however simple or however complicated, goes to IRCC without a licensed RCIC reviewing it. Every form, every document, every letter is prepared to IRCC's specifications and checked by a licensed RCIC before anything is submitted.
You do your application yourself. You submit it yourself, through your own IRCC account. And you do it knowing a licensed professional has gone through all of it. Nothing falls through the cracks.
The consultants who review Passage files are licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, and they're also reviewed by us, continuously. An RCIC keeps their place as a Passage reviewer only by meeting our standards, on every file. Every review is completed within 2 business days.
A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. RCICs are onboarded to Passage individually, and you choose your reviewer from three: their name, licence number, and the languages they speak. Every reviewer's licence can be verified in the College's public register, your review is completed within 2 business days, and an RCIC stays on Passage only by continuing to meet our standards for speed, accuracy, and client feedback.
No, and that's by design. You prepare your application with Passage and submit it yourself through your own IRCC account. The RCIC's role is a full review of your completed file: forms, documents, and letters, with clear flags on anything that needs fixing before you submit. If you decide you want full representation instead, you can book a one-on-one consultation with an RCIC and arrange that with them directly.
Only for the final step. Everything up to the finished file happens on your phone in WhatsApp. Submitting through the IRCC portal requires a browser, and that's where our desktop extension takes over: it auto-fills your portal application from your prepared file, and you review each screen and click submit yourself.
Yes. Unlicensed agents prepare files with no accountability: no licence, no register you can check, no one answerable if the application is refused for sloppy work. With Passage, your file is reviewed by a licensed RCIC whose name and licence number you can verify with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, and you stay in control of your own application and your own IRCC account from start to finish. No one ever asks for your login.
Your chat travels over WhatsApp with end-to-end encryption in transit. Documents you send are moved into encrypted storage under Canadian jurisdiction as soon as they reach your file, and are then deleted from the messaging platform. Your information is used to prepare your application, and for nothing else: no advertising, no selling, no sharing beyond the RCIC reviewing your file. The full policy is at the bottom of this page.
Refusals, inadmissibility, unusual travel history: some situations deserve a conversation before an application. You can book a private one-on-one consultation with a licensed RCIC through Passage, talk it through, and decide with them whether to proceed, adjust your approach, or arrange further consultations.
Your side of the work, answering questions and sending documents, typically takes a few days at your own pace. IRCC's processing time after submission varies by country; we'll point you to IRCC's current published times for your situation rather than promising numbers we don't control.
This policy describes what Passage collects and why, in plain language.
Information you send us over WhatsApp or provide during your application: your contact details, the personal information required by IRCC forms, and the documents you share (passports, invitation letters, financial documents, travel history).
To prepare your application, to have it reviewed by the licensed RCIC you choose, and to communicate with you about your file. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone beyond the consultant reviewing your file.
Your conversation travels over WhatsApp with end-to-end encryption in transit and is delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business platform. Documents are moved into encrypted storage under Canadian jurisdiction as soon as they reach your file, and are then deleted from the messaging platform.
